Can you rent the entire trolley or do a private event?

What is your cancellation/refund policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. Booking is only valid for scheduled event date and time. No refunds or reschedules will be provided to anyone who misses the event. Event is rain, shine or snow. No refunds will be given to customers who do not attend the event due to weather. If roads are closed on the trolley route due to extreme weather conditions and event must be cancelled, customers will be contacted via email.


What is your cancellation policy regarding Covid?

All sales are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be provided to a customer requesting a refund due to Covid or Covid concerns.


Something has come up and I can't make the event for the date I scheduled. Can I reschedule my trolley for a different date?

We are allowing ticket transfers so attendees can change the date/time or pick-up location. Transfers are subject to availability. Ticket transfers will be available for a limited time. 90 days prior to the first event date ticket transfers will be disabled and we will no longer allow attendee ticket transfers for dates/times or locations. Please follow the instructions in the link below. Note: you cannot do this on the eventbrite app, you must log into their site through a desktop/laptop. Change fees may apply.

Are we allowed to drink on the trolley?

Yes! The event is BYOB and you are allowed to drink on the trolley. We will have cups provided as you are not to drink out of glass containers on the trolley. 


Is the trolley heated?

Yes!! All trolleys are enclosed and heated.


What time should I arrive for my event?

Please see the “Ticket Type” section of your ticket. This lists your event time. You should arrive at the start of the event time listed for check-in.


What if someone from my group is running late?

The first hour of the event is scheduled at the bar/restaurant for check-in, food, and to meet your tour guide. The trolley will depart 1 hour after the event start time. If you arrive to after the trolleys departure time you are welcome to take a cab, Uber or Lyft to meet up with the trolley at one of the stops.


Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

21+. The event is 21+ and no one under the age will be permitted into the event. Must have valid 21+ ID for entry.


The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

As long as the attendee has a ticket (either printed or electronic) it does not matter if the ticket name matches the name of the attendee.


I would like to add on one more ticket for a friend, but it says the event is sold out. Can I add on just one more ticket?

Unfortunately, no. Once an event says sold out there are no more tickets available for that date. We are limited due to seating constraints on the trolley and cannot oversell the event.
