About the Role

As part of our Holiday Lights Trolley event team, you'll help create a fun, festive, and seamless experience for our guests from check-in to the final stop!

Depending on the city and staffing needs, team members may handle both event coordination and on-board hosting or focus primarily on one area.

Event Coordination & Guest Experience

• Welcome guests, manage check-in, and verify tickets and waivers.

• Coordinate with trolley drivers, venue partners, and the local Event Manager.

• Keep events running smoothly and on schedule.

• Provide excellent customer service and troubleshoot guest issues.

Tour Guiding & On-Board Entertainment

• Host guests aboard our holiday trolleys and create a fun, festive atmosphere.

• Engage groups through music, activities, and holiday-themed entertainment.

• Deliver provided tour talking points and announcements.

• Help maintain a safe, positive, and memorable experience for all guests.

Who Should Apply?

We're looking for people who are:

• Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable interacting with groups of adults.

• Dependable, organized, and able to think on their feet.

• Energetic and enthusiastic about creating a great guest experience.

• Comfortable working in a lively, fast-paced BYOB event environment.

• Available approximately 3–4 shifts per week, including evenings and weekends, during the holiday season.

• At least 21 years of age.

Experience in hospitality, events, entertainment, customer service, teaching, or public speaking is a plus, but a great personality and strong work ethic are just as important!
